Last Thursday I signed up to Facebook, the world-wide web socialising agent. It’s strange, & a bit of a cheek, being invited to be friends with folk you’ve been good friends with for years, but otoh it’s great to be linked with people you’ve not been connected with for yonks. I can certainly see the advantages for meaningful conversations through facebook, but also how addictive might become, a swallower of time which could be better spent. I aim to try & use it as a tool of the Spirit, connecting us more to what God’s doing & wanting to do in our lives.

On Saturday we had a fantastic Alpha-Away Day at Fraser & Anna Hutchison’s house in Barassie, Troon. God’s Spirit moved in personal & powerful ways to convince us of God’s converting, healing & life-transforming love. Please pray on for this group as we enter the latter part of the course, that God will help us to be ready for the next stretching step on His Journey, connecting us more & more to His gracious purpose.
