Church services
Each Sunday - 11am-12.15pm
With a mix of the old and new, traditional and contemporary, we gather to worship God together, pray to and learn from Him. Young people up until the age of 16 go on to their various learning groups after the children's chat and song (11.20am). We have all-age services once every two months when all ages stay in for the whole service. We break bread and celebrate Communion five times a year at this, our main service (during non-Communion months there is the chance to share in the Lord's Supper after the morning service on the last Sunday of the month).
Each Sunday - 6.30-7.45pm
At this friendly, informal service we experiment a bit more, singing new songs, discussing, and hearing what one another think of issues raised. We meet in the smaller Fullarton Hall and really raise the roof with the inspiring praise!
Care homes
There are two excellent care homes for the elderly operating in our neighbourhood and we have a team of Fullarton folk who lead services there for the residents and their visitors. We celebrate Communion at them twice a year.
Greenbank Care Home: Every second Sunday, 2.30pm in the main upper lounge.
Fullarton Care Home: Every third Thursday, 11.30am in the main lower lounge.
Gathered prayer opportunities
Prayer is the vital breath of both Christians and the church. As someone said, "Seven days without prayer make one weak!" We encourage people to nurture their own everyday prayer lives, and the
home groups to pray together when they meet. Also prayer twos and triplets operate to share in the power of prayer.
The following are open meetings for prayer.
Midweek prayer service: Every second Wednesday, 7.30pm in the Fullarton Hall.
Prayer Breakfast: Each Wednesday 7-8am in the Fullarton Centre.
Sunday Morning Prayer: Each Sunday in the Church Prayer Room, 10.15-10.45am.
Plug into these prayer meetings as you're able. All are welcome!
